Fishing inside Tampa Bay and along the beaches depending on time of year and tides. Species Targeted include snook, trout, redfish, flounder, grouper, sheepshead, grouper and snapper.

Tarpon Fishing

Offered May through July. Tampa Bay offers some of the best tarpon fishing in the state. I typically run 75-80 days straight this time of year and stay on top of the fish patterns for daily success. Trips include a mate, limited to 3 anglers.


* Trips include fuel, fishing licenses, cooler full of ice, soda and water, snacks, all necessary fishing rods, tackle, bait. Prices are good for 2 people, each additional angler is $50pp.

Professional Experience

Capt. Ryan Harrington is a current Ambassador and National Team member for Evinrude. He fishes regularly on multiple redfish and billfish series covering the West Coast of Florida down to Key West and has won a large amount of tournaments and awards over the years. Complete tournament results are available upon request.

Many packages to choose from including full or half day fishing charters, sightseeing cruises, eco tours, sunset cruises. Tournament charters and group charters with multiple boats can be arranged upon request.

Capt. Ryan has been a licensed United States Coast Guard US Merchant Marine Officer since 2007 and is fully licensed and insured as a Captain.

Capt. Ryan Harrington was born and raised on the island of Tierra Verde surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay waters. Saltwater runs through his blood and fishing has always been a part of his life.

With over 30 years experience on the water Capt. Ryan has tackled just about every saltwater species on his bucket list from blue marlin to bonefish. He specializes in inshore and nearshore gamefish in and around Tampa Bay. Snook, redfish, trout, tarpon, snapper and grouper are main targets but his experience often caters to many other species on his clients bucket list.
